- The insurance covers any defects in Beecardia hardware, including mechanical and water damage, with a US $€£100 deductible plus shipping costs (provided that Service Plan fees are paid).
- The electronic tablet and wire adapters are not covered by insurance.
- The customer is responsible for returning the defective hardware.

Do I have to order remote interpretation?
No. You can order a report whenever you need one.
Which cardiologists can I order reports from?
We have a selection of board-certified cardiologists available on our platform for remote interpretation (learn more here). If your preferred cardiologist isn't listed, please let us know, and we'll invite them to join our platform.
Can I print the ECG recording?
The ECG tracing can be printed on a regular letter/A4 printer.
What if I don't have internet connectivity?
All of the studies are always stored locally on the tablet regardless of internet connectivity. Once you reconnect, all of your studies will be automatically synced to the cloud.
Can I use my own Android-based tablet/smartphone?
The Beecardia ECG solution is intended for professional applications, and we strongly recommend using a dedicated tablet that was pre-installed and tested by us.
Can I use my own alligator clips?
We strongly recommend using the alligators that we provide with the kit. Please note that some models of alligator clips that can connect to our snap-on connectors will not come off, so you won’t be able to disconnect them.
